With 15+ years of experience in high-impact roles with responsibility of P&L, budget management, and full-cycle program development. Equipped with a keen ability to lead effective teams along with a background in improving relationships with key vendors and/or clients. Excel in identifying program requirements, reducing inefficiencies, risk mitigation strategy, and increasing operational revenue.

Prior, Janna served in several Director level roles with Crane Aerospace in Program Management and Product Management. She has several degrees including a BS in Aerospace Engineering and MS in Aeronautical from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and MS I Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and ad MS in Engineering from the University of Connecticut. She has a PMP Certification. Janna’s leadership and mentoring skills were honed as a veteran who served as a Platoon Leader in the US Army
