Job Surveys - Composite Team Profile - Target Candidate Profile
The Job Survey interprets the role as in terms how the stakeholders listed above view the role PLUS reveals the exact Team Dynamics (values and motivations, leadership traits, relational communications style, and decision-making traits). The Job Surveys are combined into a Composite which then helps NextGen to develop the Target Candidate Profile.
Key stakeholders include the person this role reports directly to; any indirect report this role reports to; internal customers, i.e. a department head the role will interface with daily/weekly. Additional people to use for job surveys can include an external vendor/supplier or customer. Please do NOT provide Human Resources or a position that does not interface daily/weekly with this role as it will skew and produce erroneous results.
Each potential shortlisted candidate who passes our screening, deep interviews, background, and reference checks are given a corresponding Word Survey. They are then benchmarked against the Composite Job Survey to verify role fit and well as determine if the candidate is a Team Fit by a strong or potential match.
You will receive an email from McQuaig, the world’s foremost recruitment psychometric analysis company, we survey four to ten key stakeholders of the role. While we can survey a minimum of 3 participants, 4 is really the recommended minimum for a good composite of the team. The survey can be taken online 24/7 and takes approximately 6 to 12 minutes to complete.
Search Strategy and Search Transparency
The information gathered here produces a Custom Search Strategy that we will deliver for your approval. You will be provided with timely search updates throughout the process until we deliver the shortlist, generally 2-3 candidates that we have fully vetted. It will include all related documentation on depth of relationships, budgets or P&L, sales figures, patents, overview of short and long term strategy each candidate writes on how they will meet the objectives, comprehensive background check, social media reputation report, assessments, and benchmark of the candidates to one another.
