NextGen Global Executive Search has been retained to commence an executive search for a corporate recruiter by our client, a strategic wireless engineering and consulting firm. This role will be responsible for Full Life cycle recruiting for all major Wireless/Telecom clients.

Opportunity at a Glance

You can work from the comfort of your home or your favorite coffee shop. This is a Full-Time, W-2 Career opportunity with a growing Wireless/Telecom Consulting Firm. You will be part of a Talent Acquisition team comprised of Recruiters and Sourcing agents to help you identify candidates for the stake-holders jobs.

Primary Objectives of the Role

➢ Successfully review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager
➢ Understand RF/Wireless technology, technical roles and technical skills.
➢ Identify. Sourcing and uncovering candidates
➢ Screen. Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description. Also, make sure that the monetary expectations of the candidates should meet the amount the client is willing to offer.
➢ Interview. Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc to assess their qualifications

• Collect, screen, identify, review, interview, select, and engage in new employee on board full human resources recruitment process.
• Gather feedback and de-brief candidates after interviews
• Proactively develop pipeline of qualified applicants to ensure consistent flow of data
• Use various sourcing methods including traditional job boards, social media, networking, web-mining.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, attend interview fairs.

Target Candidate Profile

We are seeking a tenacious go-getter who exudes confidence. To have these personality traits you will need to have prior Recruiting background preferably in a Telecom/Wireless environment. We welcome agency Recruiters and Talent Acquisition/Corporate Recruiters to apply. You should have experience navigating an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidate flow. We are seeking OUT-OF-THE-BOX thinkers. We are seeking Recruiters who have a strong sense of urgency, can work independently, and have strong technical/computer skills.
