NextGen Global Executive Search is growing our Retained Search business and we’re seeking a HARD WORKING Recruiter to source, screen, and lock-down passive “A” Player candidates for my openings. We use Loxo as our ATS and I will give you access to our system and teach you our winning system to help you build structure around your day.

Opportunity at a Glance

In this role, the Recruiter is responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, nurturing authentic relationships with candidates, and guiding strong hiring manager partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of end-to-end Recruitment cycle
  • Innovative sourcing methodologies
  • Ability to use non-traditional channels to find new candidates
  • Consultative approach and win/win attitude
  • Wide range of hiring practices based on roles
  • Independent Worker

Role Objectives

Identify and qualify decision makers and qualify RAN competitive marketplace; seek ORAN opportunities that meet customer requirements and expectations in a disruptive technology. Develop a pipeline, and work directly with ORAN VRAN, DU, and CU system partners to guide MNOs to deploy 5G ORAN system and service projects with priority on RU sales opportunities.

Engage with 5G forums, conferences, industry experts, government representatives, media, and industry analysts to promote 5G ORAN value proposition. Provide market demand information and customer/competitor feedback to the product development team to enhance competitiveness and future proof product marketing strategy for 5G ORAN.

Primary and Targeted Objectives for a New Hire to Succeed in the Role

Strong computer skills and good social media skills for recruiting. Must know LinkedIn well.

Ideally looking to partner with an experienced agency Recruiter who is driven to close business and work on commission only. I will pay 20% of our fee to you.
