Implemented cost saving MRP, master schedule, online assembly and test processing, and bar coding resulting in improved on time deliver from 0% to greater than 96%. Championed lean initiatives including three new single piece flow cells and space optimization.
Prior as VP for tier one space program contractor, developed new revenue streams and product lines; grew profitability 4% in first two years. Exceeded combined $82M sales target
