Conceived & implemented plan to spin-out US entity from parent company with CAPEX/OPEX savings of $250M+. Prior created / led a team of 30+ and closed a $15M A round (Top 5 IoT funded company) to define & launch 1st spin-out. $500k base + bonus = $750k potential on cash side + equity + options
