Mental agility indicates the ability of an individual to think, learn and quickly absorb new information, systems and processes. It assesses vocabulary, verbal reasoning skills and the ability to perform mathematical functions.
A series of 50 questions with a 15‐minute time limit to complete, it objectively assess and compare the mental agility of candidates, thus removing unconscious bias from this part of the recruitment process.
